Both of them are 5.8Ghz bandwidth. The biggest difference between them just the appearance.

You could please swap the dual-ended charging cable that we have included for charging.

The first thing you can do is remove the interference by trying to switch channels.

Or try switching guitars or other instruments, as well as a different environment.

WS-10 automatically avoids and switches channels, no manual operation is required.

Please try turning them on and off and pairing them again.

This is normal background noise, Wi-Fi will have an effect on the noise, and more electronic devices in the room will increase the background noise, all wireless products will have background noise.

This is a signal-to-noise ratio problem, wireless products used in this heavy metal distortion effector will have a lot of noise.

Because the heavy metal distortion effector will amplify the signal at least 1000 times more than the wire without noise, wireless products through the data acquisition, transmission, restore, in the process will add a lot of noise.

At present, we can only reduce the amount of gain, and at the same time reduce the treble and midrange gain, volume down a little bit, and have been debugging to an acceptable range.

These products should be used with a 9v internal negative and external positive power adapter or a 5v power supply.

Please make sure the adapter is 9V negative and positive, and you can use a 5V USB to plug into the side socket to see if it works.

MS-1 supports up to "6" sets of devices can work simultaneously at the same time. 

The channels of MS-1 are automatically paired.

If the first channel is occupied, the second pair of devices will automatically connect to the other channel.

Generally, two pairs of devices will not occupy the same channel.

If you want to connect multiple receivers at the same time, you need to press and hold the receivers until the green light flashes quickly after turning on the receivers, and then turn on the switch of the transmitter, so that you can connect.

Our MW-1 has 4 channels , which support 4 sets working simultaneously.

1 transmitter can connect multi-receivers(Less than 4 receivers) working at the same time. But one receiver can't connect with multi- transmitter working at the same time.

Note: MW-1 is only suitable for dynamic microphone, condenser microphone can not be used.

Our microphone already has a 800MA lithium polymer battery built in, so you can use it directly.

If it runs out of power, just charge it with the charging cable.

A receiver can only connect 2 microphones.

Then it has 10 channels.

It can accept 10 microphones being used at the same time, but only 2 microphones can be connected to each receiver.

If it wants to use 10 microphones at the same time, it needs to connect 5 receivers.

As long as it is our product, it can be paired.

This is a normal situation.

Because this wireless system is a one-way communication, the power of the transmitter is much higher than that of the receiver, so under normal circumstances, the transmitter is the first to run out of power.

Please use Android charging plug and cable, do not use high power and Apple charging plug. Different charging protocols will result in failure to charge.

How to judge whether it is charging or not:
The LED light beside the Type-C charging port, when it is connected to the power supply, the red light is on for the power is not enough, and the green light is on for the power is full, at this time, you can unplug the charging cable.
If you use a high-power charging plug and Apple charging plug. The charging LED light will not light up, and can not be charged.

Please press and hold the receiver and transmitter at the same time to pair manually, a blue light will light up if the pairing is successful.

Regardless of the model of wireless guitar system, we recommend that a guitar with passive pickups is much better.

Active pickups are not recommended, because the output power of active pickups is too high for our wireless system, which will cause sound distortion and stuck.

If you want to use an instrument with an active pickup, it is recommended to turn down the volume of the instrument connected to the transmitter.

If you want to make the sound louder, just turn up the sound of the speaker/amplifier.

Please note that when using an active pickup with a wireless system, the transmitter should not be too close to the pickup.

Please try switching functions 1, 2 and 3 first.

The page turner has 5 function keys.

Function 1 key: Replaces the keyboard Page Up and Page Down;

Function 2 key: Replace the keyboard arrow keys Left and Right;

Function 3 key: Replaces the keyboard Arrow keys Up and Down;

Function 4: Replaces the Left and Right Mouse Buttons;

The factory setting of the tuner prdal software defaults to 440Hz, which can only be manually adjusted to 442Hz (or any other pitch value you require).

Customers can't change it.

When using two mics at the same time , please make sure they are in different channel, one mic should in CHA channel, and other should in CHB channel.

If both at the CHA or CHB, there will be only one mic can work.

Firstly, turn off the mic, then long press the power button till the CHA(or CHB) turns into CHB(or CHA).

Please press and hold the transmitter and receiver pairing button at the same time, the blue light flashes for a few seconds until the blue light is long on then the pairing is successful.

If the blue light of the transmitter is long on and the blue light of the receiver is still flashing, then switch off and turn on again for successful pairing.

Frequency Response: 20-20KHz is audio.

The transmission band is 550-600.

This product does not have a screen and does not display the specific frequency band, but it can be switched by pressing the button, mainly used to avoid interference.

WS-70 output is no impedance parameters, but the transmitter has an impedance, impedance is 100kΩ.

The impedance of the device inserted at the receiving end should not be too small, not less than 10KΩ.
