Q: Can it upload or create profiles or convert profiles to use?
- Yes. If you are not satisfied with the preset IR sound, you can also load a third-party IR file via the app or software.

Q: Can you power it with a charger if the battery eventually won't take a charge?
-The unit is designed to be powered via its rechargeable battery, and you can also run it while connected to a power source.

Q: Is this an amp modeller as well ?
-Yep, it’s got amp modeling built in, so you can dial in classic tones without needing an extra amp.

Q: Anyone used it with a bass?
-Yes. The ME-01 works with electric guitars, acoustic-electric guitars, folk-style guitars, and bass. It actually comes with built-in cabinet IRs, including dedicated ones for bass amps/cabs.

Q: Is this made to run into a traditional guitar amp or a powered speaker? 
-It can work pretty well going straight into a tube amp. Just turn off the amp and cab on the pedal. It would probably work really well in the effects loop of the amp, too

Q: No overdrive/distortion effects?
-Only amp distortion. The "FX" button enables a boost, a noise gate, or a compressor, and the compressor has both a boost and a noise gate in it.
All the dirt comes from the amp models. If you were going into a tube amp, you could use the amp models without the cabs for your dirt.

Q: Any feedback for acoustic guitars?
-I have decided to just use effects without the amp and cab enabled for for my acoustic patches. A little chorus and reverb, and add a little compression for finger picking. Those same patches work well with the Fender Twin amp and cab for clean electric, too.
