At LEKATO, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the details about our warranty coverage:

Warranty Period
- All LEKATO products come with a minimum 6-month warranty from the original purchase date.
- You may return unused and undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

How to Get Warranty Service
- If you discover a defect within the warranty period, contact our Customer Service Team immediately with details and proof of purchase. We will assess the damage and repair or replace defective parts free of charge.
- If you are past the 30-day return window, provide photos/videos clearly showing the damage or malfunction along with your order information. Our team will review your case and determine the best resolution.

- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Opened software or media items are also not eligible for return.
