Does the ME-01 require a power adapter, or is it rechargeable?

The LEKATO ME-01 is a rechargeable guitar multi-effects pedal with a built-in lithium battery. Charge it via the included USB cable for 10 hours of playtime.

Can I use it with electric, acoustic, folk guitars, and bass? Can I load my own IRs?

Yes. The ME-01 works with electric guitars, acoustic-electric guitars, folk-style guitars, and bass. It comes with built-in cabinet IRs, including dedicated IRs for both electric guitar and bass amps/cabinets. In addition, you can load your own custom IR files to create more personalized tones. With proper EQ and IR settings, it adapts well to different instruments.

Connectivity & Setup

Is its bypass mode True Bypass or Buffered Bypass?

The ME-01 uses Buffered Bypass. This prevents high-end frequency loss and maintains signal strength when the pedal is off and using long cables, which is also more suitable for digital processor design.
